We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 185+ countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?
Packages comes from our artisans around the world, it can be Europe, Asia or Americas. Shipping provider is chosen every time to meet the time constrains, but it can be ePacket, EMS, DHL, USPS or any other shipper depending on the weight and size of the product. If artisan who made the product you have purchased provides us with tracking number we will give you one. 100% of the times we remind the artisans to use tracked shipping services, but cost constrains sometimes dictates to ship using more affordable service.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 185+ countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you. We offer however free shipping for bulk orders and for loyal clients, we also announce free shipping promos on our social media – feel free to follow us and get your free shipping when promo appears.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country, it’s physically impossible for our operation to deal with customs for every 185+ countries that we ship to.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. Here are some estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us. There possibly could be cases when artisan ships the product and forgets or chooses not to use tracked delivery and we’ll inform you immediately.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
The tracking number will appear after artisan ships the product, also for some shipping companies, it takes around 2-5 business days for the tracking information to appear on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
